| Details: | Called in response to 2 complaints of lack of water at park. One complained of water being 'milky'. Spoke with Karen Schroeder, who informed me that they are working with Rainbow Water to determine why water levels are low in storage tank. Not sure if there is a leak, or if water usage has increase significantly. Aware that they had a similar problem in 2017. Karen stated that there was a lot of air in the lines which she thinks attributed to the 'milky' water. Karen said that her husband, Ray, went to this complainant's site and open the water line up for a while and the water cleared up and regained pressure after allowing the air to escape. Karen also stated that they are shutting the water off at night when not in use (?) to build the level that is in the tank during the day. | ||
