| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to nitrate alert over half the MCL DETAILS: Nitrate level over half the MCL. Recommend public notice posted with health effects listed and a copy sent to Lane County. Viking Acres has a history of high nitrates with some samples exceeding the MCL in 2001. Also discussed with Brandon the importance of looking into nitrate treatment. A sampling schedule has been set up with Delta Labs for quarterly coliform and quarterly nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Recommend looking into nitrate treatment. | ||
