| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called operator and left a message letting them know about the total coliform positive. The system is already an MCL for total coliform. I let them know to disinfect the system and to take a source sample. The system is due for a survey and will review the system at that point. I also let them know that an updated copy of the public notice is due. I let them know that 5 temporary routine samples will be due in Sept. ACTION NEEDED: Review at survey and obtain copy of updated public notice. I may review with the state to see if system qualifies for circuit rider assistance. | ||
