| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 8/14/12 DETAILS: I contacted David to let him know about the positive total coliform sample. He indicated he would be sure the 4 repeat samples would be taken but the source sample would take a little longer due to difficulties accessing the wellhead. I also reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples for Sept. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary | ||
