| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority non-complier (PNC) investigation DETAILS: 8-23-12- The facility has a new owner. Mark sent in an updated contact with Nick being the new owner. Mark told the new owner during the change of ownership inspection at the restaurant. He let the new owner know that the system was way past due for a coliform sample. He also told him to sample for nitrate but the coliform sample needs to be take right away.8-31-12- Mark called the system operator to remind him to take a coliform sample asap. 9-14-12- Mark performed a site visit. Nick was not onsite but was able to speak to his brother Bob. Mark let Bob know that a coliform sample needs to be taken or they are jeopardizing the license for the restaurant. Bob said the they would sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for sample | ||
