Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The system has a Pall membrane water treatment plant which treats water from an intake on Spenser Creek. Water is prechlorinated (before the membranes) and following the membranes, is pumped to a small clearwell tank at the WTP site. From the clearwell tank, water is pumped through a dedicated transmission main to a pair of reservoirs for storage. This transmission/storage system also serves to provide chlorine contact time. The park serves almost 300 campsites, which are fully occupied during the high season.The State Parks Department was informed that a contact tracer study was needed. Circuit rider assistance was requested by the Parks Department.Met with Park personnel at the State Parks offices in Salem. ACTION NEEDED: Visit site to set up methodology, complete tracer study and submit to DWP. |
