Details:	SUMMARY: SRF Funding Assistance DETAILS: HBH was contacted by Ray Todd with the Old Sheep WA to provide assistance with a funding application/Letter of Interest for the Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund. The system is a small water system with a population of 56 with 34 connections. The system was constructed in 1984 by a developer and is showing deterioration. A Study was completed by SHN Consulting in 2009. This study outlined need capital improvements for the reliability of the water system. HBH discussed potential package for funding, including possible revisions of cost estimates from the SHN study and requested information regarding the Systems existing financial situation (as needed for the LOI) ACTION NEEDED: Assist System with completion of LOI.
