| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples positive 8/2/12 DETAILS: I contacted the system and left a message. JD with maintenance called me back. I let him know about the positive repeat samples. He indicated he knew about the samples and had contacted Fisher Pump to service the UV unit. I let JD know that they will need a public notice for unresolved total coliform. Dan Leasure is the restaurant inspector for this facility took a public notice to the facility on this date. I asked JD for a completed copy for the state and the file. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples for September. Recommended taking a special sample after the UV unit is serviced. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice copy and monitor further sample results. | ||
