| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform DETAILS: Routine TC was positive. After checking on-line data I noted this was one sample of the 5 temporary routines required the month following a TC positive routine. After speaking with Troy, he said the positive was not taken in the distribution, but was from the well. He had spoken to Chuck Michael about it on 9/29/12. Chuck told Troy that he would have to send in a request to DMCE to have the sample location changed from "dist" to source. Then Chuck said he would need to take another sample by Sept. 30 from the distribution and submit results. I confirmed this with Chuck on 10/2/12 ACTION NEEDED: Send request to DMCE to change (+) sample location from distribution to "source". Take one more sample in distribution by 9/30 and submit results to DMCE. | ||
