| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for August 2012 DETAILS: Spoke with Karen on 9/7. System had been batch chlorinated and flushed on 9/6/12. A broken line was found and repaired. Additional samples are to be collected on 9/12. This gives the system a MCL violation for August 2012. A public notice is required. System has until the end of September to post and get a copy to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: DWS emailed a public notice template to Karen. A notice is to be posted and a copy sent back to DWS by the end of September. 5 routine samples are due in September. | ||
