Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary survey defect follow up DETAILS: Reviewed the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and found that it complies with the rules for the state. The Operations Manual is almost complete. UV light is to be disconnected and removed from the water system, monthly chlorine logs are taken daily and will be sent in by the 10th of each month. ACTION NEEDED: none
