| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine coliform sample was positive for total coliform (TC) and yearly assessment coliform sample at source was positive for TC. Reviewed the protocol for 4 repeats now in the distribution, and one triggered at the source (untreated water), following coliform sampling schedule from data on-line. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and one triggered sample as described above and submit for testing right away. Repeats should be completed within 24 hours of initial positive. Make sure the lab is submitting the results of your tests to the State Drinking Water Program. Next month (November) you will be required to take 5 more sample marked "temporary routine" and submit results to State Drinking Water Program.
