| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey follow up DETAILS: Completion of coliform sampling plan, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Operations and Maintenance manual development. Spoke with Mr. Lamb on 10/9/12 and the above items are completed, he is faxing a copy of the CSP and ERP attestation form. He reviewed the details of the O&M manual with me on the phone. ACTION NEEDED: Forward the attestation on ERP to the State Drinking Water Program and review and update plans as needed. | ||
