| Details: | SUMMARY: Called about survey follow up repair to well sanitary seal DETAILS: I was concerned that there is no follow-up because of a fire that occurred in August 2012 that destroyed the well house and electrical components. ACTION NEEDED: System is to be repaired and seal addressed at the time of the repairs. The insurance investigation is on-going and repairs wont be completed for a while. Not sure when. I deactivated system to avoid accumulating violations. Mr. Groth is to contact me about survey follow-up and re-activating the system after repairs are completed. | ||
