| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform positive for sample date 6/4/12 DETAILS: David Jacob called this office to let me know that the repeat samples would be taken. He said that well #4 was in use at the time of the positive and that 1 and 7 were not in use at the time of sampling. He said that he would sample at well #4 and repeat samples in the distribution system. I let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of July. He told me the samples would be taken. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor samples and respond as necessary. | ||
