| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 6/8/12 DETAILS: I called and left a message for the operator to let her know about the repeat total coliform positive samples. I let her know that a public notice will need to be sent out and a copy sent to DWP. I let her know to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of June. I suggested that she have the system disinfected and please call if any questions. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor sample results and respond as needed. | ||
