| Details: | SUMMARY: Left message regarding proposed BCA DETAILS: I called and left a message for Gwen Healy informing her that a formal compliance schedule needs to be established for the installation of filtration at the Breitenbush Hot Springs water system. I asked her to call be back as soon as possible so that they can review the DWS proposed BCA. ACTION NEEDED: Make another phone call on 10/15/2012, but if I am unable to discuss the matter with anyone at Breitenbush Hot Springs by 10/18/2012, then DWS will issue a Notice of Non-Compliance or Administrative Order. | ||
