| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform was reported 7/27/12 DETAILS: I called Ryan, who stated that 5 repeats were taken on the original positive site. The original site came back clean and the source came back clean, but a new site was positive. The new site may have been compromised with cleaned a tank and the back pressure exceeded the water pressure. The tank and line are planned to be shocked and repeat samples taken. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor the repeat samples results to see if further action is required. | ||
