| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance - Alert Coli10751 DETAILS: Positive total coliform results for repeat samples obtained from distribution system. System has shocked chlorinated the well a second time and posted a public notice. The repeat sample collected 7/27/12 should have been labeled "special". The well has tested negative for coliform, but the distribution system continues to have a positive result. ACTION NEEDED: Repair/treatment of distribution system to obtain negative results. | ||
