| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Coli10796 DETAILS: 8/9/12 the routine sample collected on 8/7/12 tested positive for Total Coliform. I spoke with John MacDiarmid and he informed me only wells #1, #2 and #6 were on line at the time the sample was collected. Wells #3 and #4 were off line. He has already collected four distribution samples and a triggered sample from well $1. I advised him to collect samples from wells #2 and #6. I emailed DMCE and Chuck Michael advising that wells #3 and #4 were off line. I also advised Mr MacDiarmid to collect five temporary samples in the Month of September. 8/13/12 spoke with John MacDiarmid-- four distribution repeats tested absent. A sample was collected from well #4 (though it was offline at the time) and one triggered TC+ there is no MCL Violation. I informed Mr MacDiarmid that there is a MCL Violation and the next samples due are five temp routines from the distribution system in the month of September. ACTION NEEDED: Five Temporary routines are due in September. | ||
