| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies from 10/12/11 WSS have been corrected DETAILS: 8/13/12 Significant deficiencies from the 10/12/11 water system survey have been corrected. I have reviewed the O&M Manual and Emergency Response Plan (ERP)-- both are acceptable. I made a site visit and confirmed the raw water sample tap has been installed, the storage tank access hatch has been secured/is tightly fitting, and the cross connection issue with the line going from the storage tank has been addressed by physically disconnecting it from the water feature. ACTION NEEDED: The ERP proof of completion form needs to be submitted to the DWP. | ||
