Details:	SUMMARY: +TC on their four (4) repeat 8/30/12 sample DETAILS: Pat took four (4) repeat samples on 8/29/12 and all four came back +TC. Pat is going to shock the well and well head and clean the surrounding area. He said he is going to take one (1) sample at the well head the day after the well is shocked. Then, they are going to take five (5) repeat samples with-in 30 days. The system is a state-reg and has not been surveyed since 1987. They are going to scrub clean the reservoir, soon since it has been a few years since it has been done. ACTION NEEDED: Will remind him of the five (5) repeats with-in 30 days.
