| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing verification on non distribution of Tier 2 public notices for TC MCLs DETAILS: Either no issue or operator did not submit copy of Tier 2 notices for TC MCL alerts in 10/2011 and 5/2010. ACTION NEEDED: 9/26/12 Spoke with Cheryl regarding requirement for Tier 2 Public Notices within 30 days of a Total Coliform MCL, and submission to Public Health or the State DWS. Cheryl stated she called people on the system and also thought she had distributed a notice. I requested she fax or email me a copy and if one was not done for the 2011 MCL, to do one and distribute, 10/2/12 Received a fax copy of systems October 2011 Tier 2 TC MCL notice for Violation 903360911. Faxed a copy to OHA DWS. | ||
