| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to Coliform & Ecoli routine DETAILS: I spoke with Jim Jennings regarding the positive e coli. Jim said his chlorinator was down and he believes that is what caused the positive Coliform/ecoli. The existing chlorination system has not gone through the plan review process. I gave Jim the number for Marsha Fox and told him it was his responsibility to get the process started so that SDWIS database recognizes the treatment at this water system. 5 repeat samples are required ASAP – 1 from the source and 4 from within the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples also required ASAP. Waiting for results. Plan review required to be submitted SASAP to the State office. | ||
