| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform p[ositive sample on 8/27/12 DETAILS: I called and left a message for Mike to let him know about the positive coliform samples. I let him know that follow up routine samples (labeled as repeats) were positive for total coliform. I let his know that he needs to complete and send an updated public notice. I also let him know that he may want to have a company out to scope the well since the source sample was positive for potential surface water intrusion. I let him know treatment might be needed. Sam called me back from Schmidt Nursery to let me know Mike is out on medical leave. I told him what I left on Mike’s voice mail. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Mike and obtain public notice. | ||
