| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total Coliform positive sample on 8/28/12 DETAILS: I contacted the Camp to let them know about the positive coliform samples. Hayden is out of town. I spoke with the office assistant and she said that Hayden is out of town and he knew about the positives sample and is having repeat samples ordered at the lab. I let her know that 4 repeat samples and source samples is required. I also let her know to have the chlorinator checked as its probably not functioning. She said it will be checked. I will follow up when Hayden gets back next week. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Hayden and monitor further sample results. | ||
