Details:	SUMMARY: Water System Survey follow up for survey dated 8/31/11 DETAILS: System operator sent a letter on 4/9/12 addressing all of the deficiencies from the Water System Survey. System operator has been in contact with Michael Perry and has obtained the template for establishing an enabling authority. System has sent CCR’s for the past two years. The system just sent in the 2011 CCR on 9/4/12. The operator has been working with OAWU on documenting the knowledge for an O&M Manual. The system has developed a written coliform sampling plan utilizing the template I provided and OAWU recommendations. This addresses the deficiencies noted on the survey. I will continue to work with operator if any further assistance is required. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
