| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Follow up/Review of corrected deficiency items DETAILS: Made follow up visit today to check on violations identified during 3/21/12 survey. The chlorinator has been disconnected (refer to the attached emails0. Violations pertaining to use of chlorinator are no longer valid. This was disconnected with prior authorization from Scott Curry DWP. Raw water tap installed inside pressure tank room, protective housing unit also installed for well hear. These two violations have been corrected. At this time, no further action required. Significant deficiencies corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP on an as needed basis. | ||
