| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 Routine samples all TC Positive DETAILS: Water Quality Alert Coli10850 – the system was heavily shock chlorinated in 7/2012. These are 5 routine samples as required for the following month. Unclear why all samples came back TC Positive. I spoke with Keith again and he will re-shock the system. This time adding an additional 1 cup of bleach. The previous shock reached a concentration of 200 gpm which is more that sufficient, and this will be done one more time. There are currently no guests at the facility-- however, they will continue to serve bottled water as well as post a second Tier II Notice. ACTION NEEDED: Re-shock system | ||
