| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert ChemM5501 - Nitrate sample collected 9/4/12 tested above MCL DETAILS: 9/7/12 – I spoke with George and advised him to collect a confirmation sample. 9/14/12 – Neilson Research confirmed the 9/7/12 nitrate confirmation sample tested at 7.46 ppm-- the average of the two samples is 9/03. No further action is required. With respect to quarterly sampling-- Scott Curry and I agree that the record shows that nitrate levels are “reliably and consistently” below the MCL, so that another round of quarterly nitrate sampling is unnecessary. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
