| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system Survey Follow up DETAILS: Made contact with Tinyia Profit, the manager of the motel to find out when I could expect a response to the Significant Deficiencies and Rule Violations from the April 27, 2012 inspection. They had a recent death in the family, but are aware they need to get some paperwork to me. They said they did have a plumber out to look at installing a raw water sample tap. Not installed yet, but they will schedule soon. I also suggested they speak to their pump provider and service person to help them with their ERP and O&M Manual. Suggested they talk to lab personnel to get help with their Coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: I will check back in a month to see if they are making progress. | ||
