| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies from 4/26/12 Water System Survey (WSS) corrections DETAILS: 8/28/12 The three significant deficiencies from the 4/26/12 water system survey have been corrected. I have (A) reviewed the O&M Manual and (B) confirmed that the space around the conduit as it passes through the top of the well (#1) casing has been sealed off. (C) Kurt has informed me that the CCR has been distributed and the certification form sent to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
