| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies from 6/7/12 survey corrected DETAILS: 10/18/12 - I have reviewed the O&M manual and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) both are acceptable. I provided one recommendation regarding the ERP: Call Jackson County Environmental Public Health in the event the water is compromise/tampered.
