Need to chlorinated the well and flush before samples. Also needs to send documentation the sample labeled pump house hb is a triggered sample. Must issue a public notice tier 2 for the confirmed total coliform. The public notice should be submitted to the stat. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on above actions. | ||
