| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 901620709 was issued as Coliform samples collected Tested TC+ DETAILS: 8/30/12 Violation 901620709 was issued as coliform samples collected on 6/4/12 and 6/6/12 tested TC+. While the cause of the June 4th and June 6th TC+ samples is not definitively known, according to Doug Alexander, the following corrective actions were taken after 6/6/12. The system was shock chlorinated-- a Tier 2 public notice was issued. On 7/2/12 two temporary routine samples tested TC+ and another Tier 2 public notice was issued. Mr Alexander, after receiving approval from Scott curry, re-installed a continuous chlorination system at ER-A. On 8/6/12 five temporary routines tested coliform absent. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. | ||
