Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Chem5428 The 90th% lead sample value from samples in 6/2012 are above action level DETAILS: 7/11/12 Left message for Norm and Curt Schrimpf 541-660-9964 at South Valley Bank. 7/12/12 I drove up to Eastridge and spoke with Cliff Shellbarger 541-531-5547 from unit 500A, the unit with the elevated level of lead. This sample site was not one of the five used in the last round of L&C sampling. I discussed this with Scott Curry and then submitted an invalidation request to DMCE. 7/26/12 Spoke with Chuck Michael on the phone today-- he approved the invalidation request and advised to sample from an approved site. I phoned Norm today and advised him to collect from unit 500D, Norm said access may be an issue, but would attempt to contact the occupant and get back to me. 7/30/12 Spoke with Curt Schrimpf and informed him of the elevated lead sample, and sample invalidation, and the requirement to collect a sample from unit 500D within 20 days. 8/8/12Spoke with Norm and he was able to collect a sample from 500D and is awaiting results. 9/4/12 Katelyn at Neilson Research confirmed that the 500D sample tested below the action level. 500D lead tested at 0.0029 mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
