| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations of LCR and source sampling DETAILS: Ron needed to know where to mail ERP completion form and the CCR. He mailed them to our office. I sent him a letter that he needed to forward to DWP. He was confused. Thought we were the State. Also, addressed the issue on the on-line data of the LCR violation and TCR source water sample. Reminded him to submit sample. Looks like he did lead and copper in 2011, thought he applied for a reduction. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit Coliform sample from source water. Mail in paperwork listed above and I will contact Chuck about the reduction in sampling. | ||
