| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to Coliform & Ecoli Positive at the Source DETAILS: Spoke with Chris Walston regarding the positive E coli source. Dave Leland notified me in an email that the Drinking Water Service called (Oregon Water Services)? –sample mistakenly taken from irrigation system (river source) by new employee. They are sending an explanatory email to DMCS box, and taking replacement sample for August today. Also reviewing sampling plan with all employees. ACTION NEEDED: Invalidation sample required with email sent off to the state office. | ||
