Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiency follow corrective action plan DETAILS: Contacted Mike to find out if he had completed the ERP or O/M manual. He said he had not completed either one. I put him on a corrective action plan and he agreed he would have them both completed by Oct 31, 2012. I asked him to send me copies of both once they are complete. ACTION NEEDED: none
