| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up on Lead results DETAILS: I spoke to both the owner of the Court and the on-site manager. When discussing the sampling procedure it was determined that the samples were taken improperly. I have been in contact with the State and I have initiated the invalidation process. I have contacted the operator by e-mail and given her the sampling procedures and let her know that the replacement samples need to taken within 20 days. ACTION NEEDED: Resample for Lead & Copper. | ||
