| Details: | Survey noted missing monthly coliform samples. System on monthly due to missed qtrly routine samples and opportunity to get back on schedule. System has since taken 8 consecutive monthly samples. Only March 2020 was missed. System needs to take 4 more on-time monthly samples and can go back to qtrly routine sampling. Nitrate schedule has also been reset to annually after one year of qtrly sampling. This deficiency is considered corrected. | ||
