| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for positive repeat coliform DETAILS: One of 4 repeats 9/20 were positive. Source and original sample location absent. Called Bill and Jill and they plan on chlorinating Friday eve to 2 mg/L. We discussed public notice and they will distribute with this months bill. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate, flush and resample to ensure absent samples. Send public notice for total coliform within 30 days. Will need 5 temp routines in October. | ||
