Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for deficiencies from 2010 survey DETAILS: Deficiencies: no coliform sampling plan, no plan review for chlorination. Spoke to operator on 8/8 and 8/16 and received a copy of the coliform sampling plan on 8/23/12. The chlorinator was removed so not plan review was needed. ACTION NEEDED: none
