| Details: | SUMMARY: No N03 (Nitrate) reporting for 2011 DETAILS: New owner was aware if testing for Total Coliform but not the yearly Nitrate test. I directed then to take Nitrate (NO3) sample and submit to Umpqua Research in Myrtle Creek. They supply the sample bottles for the Nitrate. When results of the Nitrate test are received, fax the results to DWS-DMCE, the fax number is 971-673-0694. Just take the one for 2012. You can’t make up missed ones.
