| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: 7/17/12 contacted the owner via telephone and he gave his e-mail address for further correspondences. An e-mail was sent with a copy of the survey cover letter outlining the deficiencies. 7/31/12 visited the site and confirmed deficiency correction. A screen was installed on the reservoir vent. However, they need to complete their ERP and build a cover for the wellhead (as well as install a vent on the swellhead). They were given 2 weeks to correct all the problems. 8/16/12 ERP completed and all deficiencies resolved. Confirmation photos provided. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
