| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation # 903027905, NO3 Nonreporting for 2011 DETAILS: I called and spoke with Margaret and mentioned the Nitrate test for 2011 was missing. She said she would schedule the test right away. I called Margaret again on 8/15/12 and she said Waterlab did not report the 2011 sample but it was collected. I again asked her to go ahead and take the 2012 Nitrate Sample to resolve the violation. UPDATE: 9/11/12 NO3 samples taken 8/22/12 and received at OHA DWS on 9/4/12. Violation Resolved. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
