| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Coli10977 DETAILS: Sample taken 9/26/12 shows presence of total coliform. Called operator on 10/1/12 and found that he had taken one repeat sample. Informed operator that four repeat samples are required, one from two connections upstream, one from two connections downstream and one from across the park, and one from the original tap. Because he’s taken one from the original tap, he still has three to take. Explained that he must also take a groundwater sample from taw water tap prior to chlorination. Also required are five temporary routine samples, prior to the end of this month. Explained the value of making sure any problems are corrected before taking the temporary routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Three repeat samples, one source sample, five temporary routines. | ||
