However, now Octobers five or more TC+ results befuddles us all. Special samples were taken at all three reservoirs. Res. #3 feeds the lower system, while Res. #1 & #2 feed the upper distribution system. Res. #3 came up TC+ Friday, Oct. 19th.

This is all during the final months of transition before finally unifying the bifurcated distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Tentative action plan:

* Flush lower system aggressively in TC+ areas (central area).
* Schedule Reservoir cleanings for November 8th.
* Chlorination of both upper and lower distribution systems occurs 15 December 2012.
(I suggested elevating chlorine to 2 or 3 ppm breifly at night in order to pseudo-shock the distribution systems, then flush water around 3 am to the lower, less perceptible chlorine level of 0.3 ppm.)
* Verify approach next week on the phone.
