| Details: | SUMMARY: Flow Meter Selection DETAILS: The Josephine county Parks Dept owns and operates a small surface water treatment plant which provides treated water to one of the campgrounds at Lake Selmac. This treatment plant is a pressure filtration plant (with coagulation chemical added) followed by cartridge filtration for compliance. As part of compliance with the SWTR, the Parks Dept is being required to provide a tracer study on both Lake Salmac 1 and 2 treatment plants. In addition, it is necessary for the operator to monitor the flows out of the reservoirs. HBH met with Mr Bell on site to review applicable locations for tank effluence flow meters and corresponded with DWP staff and Mr Bell regarding appropriate metering technologies and associated costs. Reviewed meter selection available at the supply house. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time. | ||
