| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The Tri-City Joint Water & Sanitary Authority owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,500 people through 1,500 connections. Water is treated from the North Umpqua River. Recent mechanical changes to the WTP allow it to operate at its full capacity (although it has not done so to date). Additionally, clearwell baffling was installed to increase contact time. Paul Wilborn with the CWS contacted HBH to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study. HBH corresponded with Paul on the phone and reviewed design drawings to determine the proper methodology to performing a Contact Tracer Study. Complete methodology memorandum.
